Role description
NetApp is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Credit & Collections (CC&C) and Revenue related business processes within an Oracle Cloud environment. This contract role will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end processes supporting Credit & Collections, Revenue Recognition, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support CC&C and Revenue processes in Oracle Cloud
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to:
β’ Credit, Collections and Cash Applications
β’ Revenue recognition and revenue reporting
β’ Order Management, Invoicing, and downstream financial impacts
β’ Translate business requirements into functional design documents, process flows, and user stories
β’ Support Oracle Cloud modules and integrations related to CC&C and Revenue
β’ Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and NetApp standards
β’ Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
β’ Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation or optimization
β’ Support change management efforts including documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communication
β’ Collaborate with Finance, IT, Revenue Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and compliant revenue outcomes
Required Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance or Revenue-related systems
β’ Strong experience with Credit & Collections (CC&C) and Revenue processes
β’ Hands-on experience working in an Oracle Cloud environment (e.g., Credit & Collections, Revenue Management, related modules)
β’ Solid understanding of:
β’ Credit & Collections
β’ Revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 / IFRS 15 preferred)
β’ Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation
β’ Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or large-scale transformations
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Prior experience supporting NetApp or similar enterprise technology organizations
β’ Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools
β’ Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
β’ Experience supporting global finance operations
