Duration: 15 Months (Contract)
Employment Type: Temporary Important Submission Requirements
• Candidates must reside within 90 miles of Lansing, MI at the time of submission (Non-Negotiable).
• This position requires a hybrid work schedule with onsite presence in Lansing, MI.
Required Qualifications
• Associate's Degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with Salesforce-based applications
• Hands-on QA/Testing experience
Preferred Qualifications
• State or Federal Government experience
• Azure DevOps
• FedRAMP and HIPAA knowledge
• Experience with NICE CXone or other Contact Center platforms
• Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
• Process mapping and workflow documentation
• Knowledge of relational databases and client-server architecture
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with process improvement, project management, and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Behavioral Health Customer Relationship Management (BH CRM) program. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and vendors to support the development, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, Salesforce, and QA/testing experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while supporting process improvements and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and development requirements.
• Perform business process mapping and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manage CRM support requests, prioritize tickets, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Develop user guides, job aids, training materials, and webinar content.
• Communicate system updates, enhancements, and implementation timelines to stakeholders.
• Support QA testing activities, including test planning and validation.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Participate in RFP development and solution evaluation.
• Monitor CRM program performance and data quality.
• Attend project meetings and provide ongoing support for BH CRM initiatives.
