We are looking for an experienced LabWare Business Analyst – Lead Consultant with a strong pharmaceutical background to join a long-term engagement in London.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements and technical LabWare LIMS solutions, working closely with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant and scalable outcomes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
✅ Lead configuration and optimisation of LabWare LIMS (Pharma data structures)
✅ Support and design LabWare–SAP integrations
✅ Configure And Validate Workflows For
LOT management
Stability studies
Environmental monitoring
✅ Develop and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to LabWare
✅ Ensure data integrity, validation, and regulatory compliance
✅ Maintain high-quality documentation and act as a LabWare knowledge hub
✅ Engage and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
🧠 Key Skills & Experience
✔ Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (Pharma)
✔ Proven background in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
✔ Experience with SAP integration
✔ Solid understanding of data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
