Summary Do you have experience of providing business analysis expertise, on a financial advice transformation project? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading wealth management company The project needs a consultant who has: • proven business analysis experience in financial services and regulatory environments • expertise in supporting product design and development for customer-facing teams • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key services: The key services that you will be asked to provide are: • Partner with the business to elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements aligned to customer and product journeys. • Translate requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria (L2 and L3 process definition of to-be processes linked to user story) within Jira, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and consistency across backlog. • Ensure full traceability and management of requirements from initial user stories through to feature development and release. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across system areas such as document storage, secure messaging, adviser notifications, user roles/permissions, and cash flow modelling. • Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, communicating clearly across both domains to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery. • Leverage experience in complex technical integrations to identify dependencies, risks, and impacts on connected systems. Mandatory Requirements: Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate: • Proven track record as a business analyst supporting product design and delivery, particularly in structured agile environments. • Financial services experience or equivalent experience within a regulated sector. • Ability to convert business, security, and performance requirements into actionable stories. • Familiarity with functional system areas such as document storage, secure messaging, user roles/notifications/permissions. • Hands-on experience with Jira for story creation, backlog management, and progress tracking. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical domains. Optional Requirements: It will also be advantageous if you have: • Knowledge of FNZ programmes and familiarity with cash flow modelling.
