Job Title:
Business Lead Analyst – Loan Servicing
Min 8+ years in business architecture or consulting roles, with at least 3 years in loan servicing or financial services.
Role Overview
A strategic and analytical Business Analyst with domain expertise in Banking preferably Loan Servicing to lead the design and optimization of business capabilities across our financial services operations. This role will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution, ensuring that loan servicing processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Architecture & Capability Design
• Develop and maintain business capability models tailored to loan servicing operations.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals, especially across loan origination, servicing, collections, and closure.
• Design future-state operating models integrating business processes, organizational structures, and technology platforms.
• Loan Servicing Expertise
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end loan servicing workflows including onboarding, payment processing, arrears management, refunds, cancellations, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with teams managing platforms like Core system, Portals, RPA, and AML screening tools to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
• Work closely with senior business leaders, compliance teams, and technology partners to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Lead joint design sessions and facilitate change management during transformation initiatives
• Governance & Performance Monitoring
• Understand KPIs and metrics to monitor business model effectiveness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
Experience/Expertise
• Proven experience in designing and implementing business models in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing systems and workflows
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, Blueworks).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to visualize and document complex business structures and data flows.
• Experience working in banking or premium finance environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in UK and Ireland (e.g., GDPR, AML, CDD).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
• IIBA Certified Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Preferred by not must Certifications in TOGAF, ArchiMate®, or Business Architecture Guild preferred.
