Business Analyst -London Market London UK - 3 days onsite Inside ir35 Contract IRIS Data Warehouse- Snowflake Claims Reporting Role Business Analyst responsible for source to target mapping of IRIS claims data into a conformed data warehouse enabling accurate and reconciled reporting. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams while also supporting the team in understanding IRIS data structures and London Market claims data. Primary Skills Must Have • Strong hands-on experience in Source toTarget Mapping S2T for legacy systems to Data Warehouse Snowflake • Experience working with traditional PAS AS400 systems extracting claims data • Proven experience in London Market Lloyds claims data critical Strong understanding of data modelling dimensions facts and data transformation business rules definition • Experience defining data quality rules reconciliation logic and validation frameworks Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration • Ability to translate business requirements into data specifications • Problem solving mindset with ownership and accountability • Ability to work with limited documentation and legacy systems • Capability to uplift team knowledge on data and domain. What the Role Will Do Key Responsibilities • Analyze IRIS claims data to understand structure and relationships Perform detailed source to target mapping from IRIS raw tables to conformed data models dimensions facts • Define business rules transformations and filtering logic for claims and reinsurance reporting Establish data quality checks and reconciliation back to IRIS source of record • Work closely with data engineers to support ingestion pipelines and transformation layers • Support UAT validation and reconciliation of reporting outputs • Act as a domain enabler helping the team understand IRIS data structures London Market claims data and reporting requirements. Ideal Profile 1. 8-12 years as a Data Business Analyst Has delivered end-to-end mapping from legacy PAS or claims system to data warehouse 1.
