Business Analyst - London Market Insurance

Job Summary (Business Analyst - ) • Serve as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on London Market Insurance. • Collaborate with Product Managers and global Operations teams on greenfield product and technology initiatives. • Analyze, map, and document current business processes for premium allocation and calculation capabilities. • Gather, develop, and document comprehensive business requirements and user stories (with acceptance criteria) using Azure DevOps. • Support product roadmap maintenance and requirement prioritization based on business impact. • Define project scope, create project plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses in collaboration with Delivery Manager. • Coordinate and implement system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical/development teams. • Leverage 8+ years’ experience in business analysis, including 2+ years in London Market Insurance. • Utilize expertise in Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and requirements management. • Apply strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. • Foster effective collaboration in a global, cross-functional team environment. • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
