Title: Business Analyst-Private Equity (PE) with AI Location: NY (onsite-3 days) Duration: Long Term Job description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Private Equity (PE) domain expertise and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support business transformation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data teams to analyze requirements, implement AI-driven solutions, and improve investment decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Work with Private Equity business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. • Support the implementation of AI/ML-driven analytics solutions for investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and risk assessment. • Analyze financial data, investment portfolios, and fund performance metrics. • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to implement AI-enabled solutions. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions. • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions with business teams. • Ensure solutions align with Private Equity operational workflows and compliance requirements.
