Business Analyst (Fresher) Location: Remote (Europe) Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our remote team supporting European clients. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement areas • Create functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories • Support project teams in translating business needs into technical solutions • Perform data analysis using Excel or other tools • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect tracking • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product teams) • Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Required Skills • Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and SDLC • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology • Strong communication (written & verbal) • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello • Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge • Internship or academic project experience in business analysis • Understanding of domains like Finance, Healthcare, or E-commerce Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field • Certifications like ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) are a plus Key Competencies • Critical thinking and decision-making • Stakeholder communication • Adaptability and learning mindset • Team collaboration
