You’ll partner with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX designers, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage sprints, and ensure high‑quality delivery through rigorous User Acceptance Testing. • • Responsibilities: • • - Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to plan and execute sprint cycles. - Identify, track, and remove roadblocks to keep projects on schedule. - Facilitate communication between downstream technical teams and business owners. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validate integration outcomes. - Gather, document, and prioritize requirements across diverse domains (POS, fintech, delivery services). - Work with JIRA/Atlassian suite and Slack to maintain transparent project artifacts. - Deliver clear, concise documentation and status reports to stakeholders. • • Ideal Candidates Will Have: • • - Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum environments. - Hands‑on experience with JIRA/Atlassian tools and Slack. - Proven ability to work across Product Management, UX, and technical teams. - Experience with payment processing or Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems (hardware + software). - Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills. • • Required Skills/Experience: • • - 3-5+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile settings. - Integration & API troubleshooting expertise. - Familiarity with payment/POS platforms and related hardware. - Certified Business Analyst credential • • or • • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • • Other Skills: • • - Strong analytical and documentation abilities. - Effective virtual communication and collaboration. - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing project scopes. • • Important Notes: • • - This role involves collaboration with global teams and multiple product lines. - Candidates must be able to work primarily within Eastern Time Zone business hours.
