Business Analyst – Manhattan WMOS / Oracle / SQL

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP platforms, Oracle/SQL technologies, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, solution evaluation, and process optimization across warehouse and logistics environments. Primary Skills: • Oracle PL/SQL • SQL / MS SQL Server Management Studio Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on: • Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018) • ERP Systems such as Enterprise E1, SAP, BAAN 2–3 years of hands-on experience with: • Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, and trigger development • Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems supporting Pick, Pack & Ship (PPS) processes • Integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, and Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM) Experience with: • IBM Cognos and Power BI reporting tools • Warehouse automation systems including conveyors, print & apply applicators, in-line weigh scales, and case sealers Preferred: • Experience with QAD Precision/Trax • Life Sciences domain experience • Prior UST project experience Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Design and validate functional and non-functional requirements • Drive requirements lifecycle management, traceability, and change control processes • Support solution evaluation and recommend optimal business solutions • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions • Create BA artifacts, process documentation, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications • Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful delivery • Conduct impact analysis and ensure alignment between requirements and technical design • Mentor junior BAs and contribute to process improvement initiatives Desired Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Expertise in business analysis methodologies and requirement engineering • Experience with process modeling, data flow diagrams, use cases, and KPI analysis • Ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions and drive consensus Business Analysis Techniques Exposure: • Root Cause Analysis • Process Modeling • User Stories & Backlog Management • SWOT Analysis • Interface Analysis • Risk Management • Workshops & Stakeholder Mapping • Acceptance Criteria & Prioritization About Brickred Systems: Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
