Business Analyst/ Manufacturing

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale manufacturing initiative during the project startup phase. This role will focus on project planning, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and improving production applications. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Support project planning, process mapping, and framework development. • Work closely with plant stakeholders to understand and document business processes. • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing operations and production applications. • Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams. • Analyze data and use analytical and statistical techniques to support business decisions. • Track project tasks, risks, and deliverables. • Potentially lead and mentor other Business Analysts as the program expands. Qualifications • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise projects. • Manufacturing or plant operations experience is required. • Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus. Additional Responsibilities • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts. • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
