Title: Business Analyst - Senior Location: Milwaukee, WI - MUST BE LOCAL - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Duration: ASAP - 12/31/2026 Pay: $40/hr. + benefits Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact portfolio of marketing campaign initiatives. This role will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to drive business outcomes through technology in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented BA who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and enjoys translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Strategy • Develop deep expertise in a core business domain and contribute insights at both team and enterprise levels • Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, technology-driven solutions • Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses across multiple processes and domains Requirements & Delivery • Lead requirement gathering efforts for large, complex initiatives • Author user stories, features, and business requirements documentation (BRDs) • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities Agile Execution • Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment • Act as a key point of contact throughout the development lifecycle • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery efforts Testing & Implementation • Coordinate and support test planning and execution • Ensure business validation and sign-off for solutions • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Leadership & Collaboration • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices • Work independently while driving initiatives forward • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 4–5+ years of Business Analyst experience • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, user stories) • Proven experience with gap analysis and process evaluation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing or campaign-driven initiatives is desired • Exposure to process flow documentation and process mapping is desired • Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams • Well versed in JIRA, Power BI (intermediate), Adobe Analytics (intermediate), SQL (intermediate) and Test Planning & Execution
