Key Responsibilities: • Lead all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. • Collaborate with business teams through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process documentation to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. • Elicit, analyze, and decompose high-level business and user requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment throughout project delivery. • Analyze and validate business systems and data for accuracy, integrity, and suitability. • Document business, functional, and technical requirements, including process flows and data mappings. • Develop technical scopes of work and support project execution and product updates based on stakeholder needs. • Facilitate discussions around risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making. • Communicate progress, findings, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders. • Provide training and support during solution rollouts. • Collaborate with team members across different geographies and time zones to deliver high-quality results. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst. • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across technical and business teams. • Ability to interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable reports, metrics, and system requirements. • A strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen with good judgment and problem-solving skills. • Excellent logical reasoning, attention to detail, and an outcome-focused mindset. • Effective project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
