Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Revenue Data Analyst to join the Digital Platforms and Ventures team. The Senior Revenue Data Analyst plays a critical role across three areas: ownership of the Revenue Department’s database and reporting platforms, end-to-end management of technology-driven initiatives, and analytical support to ensure the strength and performance of GolfNow’s revenue-generating inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Team Database Ownership & Data Quality
· Serve as the primary owner and steward of the Revenue team’s development SQL database, ensuring logical data organization, high data integrity, and ongoing optimization through the removal of deprecated tables and views.
· Execute daily audits of core revenue KPIs to validate that stored procedures, scheduled jobs, and data extracts are functioning accurately and reliably.
· Design and maintain proactive alerting and notification systems to quickly surface data failures or anomalies to leadership and key stakeholders.
· Support Business Operations and Revenue analysts with ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and visualization to enable timely decision-making.
· Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions in response to formal Sales team requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data governance standards.
Project Management & Technology Enablement
· Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Revenue team technology requests, including ticket intake, prioritization, requirements documentation, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-launch validation.
· Partner closely with engineering and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and provide ongoing insight throughout development cycles.
· Track project timelines and dependencies, providing regular, transparent updates to leadership on progress, risks, and delivery expectations.
· Ensure deployed solutions are production-ready, accurately reflect business logic, and are fully integrated into daily operational workflows.
Inventory Health & Revenue Optimization
· Analyze golf-course and market-level KPIs during deep-dive analyses to identify revenue-generating opportunities and insights for Sales and commercial partners.
· Conduct ongoing inventory accuracy checks across live tee times to ensure revenue-generating inventory is correctly configured and optimally positioned for sale.
· Perform regular storefront and merchandising audits across GolfNow websites and affiliate platforms to maintain a clean, accurate, and high-performing online inventory experience.
