Job Overview:Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain to support complex ERP initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirements gathering, solution alignment, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
Support D365 ERP initiatives, especially Finance & Supply Chain modules.
Work with Power Platform teams on model-driven apps.
Perform data mapping, migration, and multi-system integrations.
Conduct root cause analysis for system and process gaps.
Support QA activities and UAT.
Ensure project alignment with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in business/data analysis.
5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
Experience with model-driven apps on Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong SQL and data analysis background.
Full ERP lifecycle implementation experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
