Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst – Workday Supply Chain (ERP Implementation) Location: Remote (Must sit in PST, MST, or CST) Type: Long-Term Contract About the Role Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) ERP implementation for one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. This role sits at the intersection of business stakeholders, UAT testing teams, and data architects, supporting complex business and data analysis efforts throughout multiple phases of an enterprise ERP rollout. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday or ERP implementations in healthcare supply chain environments and is comfortable working with large, complex datasets. Key Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between UAT testers, Subject Matter Experts, and Data Architects • Translate UAT test scenarios into system and data requirements • Support end-to-end integration testing across Workday SCM and connected systems • Assist with UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and validation • Analyze large, complex contract header and line-level data for supply chain contract migration • Support application discovery and decommissioning efforts for legacy systems • Gather requirements and assist with custom report development • Document business processes, data mappings, and testing outcomes • Provide data analytics support for large-scale enterprise implementations Required Qualifications • Experience supporting ERP or Workday implementations within Supply Chain • Healthcare provider environment experience • Strong business analysis and data analysis skills • Advanced Excel skills • Experience working with enterprise data, integrations, and reporting tools • Experience coordinating with SMEs, Data Architects, and Testing teams • Bachelor’s Degree • Must be located in PST, MST, or CST
