Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. We’re looking for a BA to assist existing DevOps staff across the portfolio of projects that we currently have. Ideally were looking for a Technical BA with good DevOps experience, and experience working with apps/tools such as: • Jira • Confluence • GitHub • Nexus/Sonatype Location: Sheffield, Uk  (hybrid 2/3 days a week in local office) Type: Fixed term contract (for 12 months) Key Responsibilities: • Act as the bridge between Devops technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements effectively. • Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and workflows to support seamless migration and integration. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure technical requirements are well-defined and aligned with business needs. • Document and manage detailed technical specifications and user stories. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
