Business Analysis & Information Manager Location: Remote Thousand Oaks, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2) Compensation: $49–$56 per hour (based on experience) Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension) Summary of the Role Join a big biopharma leader supporting master data management for the external contract manufacturing network. This fully remote role requires strong technical and analytical expertise to maintain data integrity, streamline reporting, and enhance supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with data governance standards while enabling effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Support master data activities and analysis using Rapid Response and/or SAP • Serve as subject matter expert in master data management, metadata management, and data governance operations • Provide SME-level support in Rapid Response, Smartsheet, and Tableau • Gather user requirements and develop dashboards and reports for supply chain KPIs • Support data preparation and reporting for supply plans • Develop user training materials to drive adoption of master data and KPI processes • Maintain functional training and safety plans aligned with Operating Standards • Represent Supply Chain master data in special projects and initiatives • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues using advanced analytical skills Qualifications Top Skills (Must-Haves): • Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and Excel • Rapid Response and SAP highly preferred • Strong data analysis experience Required Experience & Skills: • Proven data analysis experience • Proficiency with dashboard/report creation for supply chain KPIs • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance principles • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into data solutions Preferred: • Experience with Rapid Response • Experience with SAP Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Support master data activities for the external contract manufacturing network using Rapid Response and/or SAP • Act as SME for master data, metadata, and data governance operations • Collect user requirements and co-develop dashboards and KPI reports • Prepare and report supply plan data • Develop training materials to support user adoption of master data processes • Maintain training and safety plans for operational consistency • Participate in special projects involving supply chain data • Resolve complex data-related issues through technical and analytical expertise Apply Now Ready to drive master data excellence for a major biopharma supply chain organization?
