Key Responsibilities
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC
β’ Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria

β’ Own and maintain backlog grooming, prioritization, and sequencing in alignment with product roadmap and dependency management
β’ Break down complex initiatives into incremental, deliverable user stories with clear definition of done
β’ Partner with QA and engineering teams to support test planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage
β’ Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and delivery health, escalating risks and blockers as needed
β’ Support CI/CD workflows and release processes, ensuring smooth deployment and operational readiness
β’ Facilitate cross-functional communication across business, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment throughout delivery cycles
β’ Conduct trade-off analysis to support prioritization decisions and roadmap planning
β’ Troubleshoot issues during development and post-release, driving resolution through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration
β’ Act as a product and delivery ambassador, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 4+ years of experience as a Technical or Technology Business Analyst in an Agile SDLC environment
β’ Strong experience working in Scrum or Agile delivery teams
β’ Proven ability to write detailed user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
β’ Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving backlog refinement sessions
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tooling
β’ Exposure to modern data platforms and distributed systems (GCP, Kafka, Confluent, Apigee)
β’ Understanding of data governance and data-as-a-product principles
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based delivery workflows
β’ Experience supporting production releases or acting in a delivery coordination role
