This role focuses on developing an enterprise-level affordability dashboard that will drive data-informed decision-making and enhance business processes. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs, transforming them into actionable requirements. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and recommend best practices for optimal results. • Document metrics and process changes, ensuring clear communication with project sponsors and leadership. • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain systems through effective reporting and documentation. • Lead project teams, providing guidance and training to achieve project milestones and objectives. Skills • 5+ years of professional experience in a related field. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage all levels of management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. • Project management skills with a proven ability to work independently in complex situations. Preferred Skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Familiarity with SAP, Visio, or other relevant software applications. • Experience in business workflow automation and implementing efficient processes.
