Role description
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirement Analysis
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile applications.
β’ Translate business needs into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and User Stories.
β’ Define clear acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
β’ Conduct impact analysis for new features and enhancements.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
β’ Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams.
β’ Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
β’ Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Agile & Delivery Support
β’ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
β’ Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements and resolving queries.
β’ Assist QA teams in test case creation and UAT execution.
Mobile App Focus
β’ Analyze mobile user journeys, workflows, and interactions.
β’ Ensure requirements align with mobile-specific constraints (performance, security, usability).
β’ Support app store release planning and post-release analysis.
Documentation & Reporting
β’ Maintain up-to-date documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
β’ Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups (as needed).
β’ Track KPIs and support reporting on user adoption and app performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst on mobile app projects.
β’ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical & Functional Skills
β’ Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and app development lifecycle.
β’ Proficiency with requirement management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
β’ Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure β optional).
Soft Skills
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
β’ Exposure to UX/UI principles for mobile applications.
Experience with API integrations and backend systems
