Description
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
β’ 5β7 years of experience in analytical roles
β’ Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis
β’ Ability to gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions from data
β’ Develop strategies to support efficient and effective business operations
β’ Identify requirements, solutions, costs, risks, and options for business needs
β’ Lead implementation of initiatives, applications, or feature sets
β’ Responsible for project documentation (requirements, testing, implementation, training)
β’ Prioritize initiatives based on business value and effort

β’ Analyze business operations, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
β’ Develop problem statements, business requirements, and impact assessments
β’ Provide data-driven insights related to cost, schedule, compliance, and performance
Data Analysis & Reporting
β’ Collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP)
β’ Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership
β’ Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation for audits
Process Improvement & Controls
β’ Support process improvement initiatives using standard methodologies
β’ Document current-state and future-state processes, SOPs, and workflows
β’ Identify risks and track mitigation efforts
Financial & Cost Support
β’ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost analysis
β’ Support business cases and cost-benefit analysis
β’ Monitor spend vs plan and investigate variances
Cross-Functional Coordination
β’ Act as liaison between operations, finance, IT, and supply chain teams
β’ Coordinate deliverables and timelines across stakeholders
β’ Support change management activities
Governance, Compliance & Audit Support
β’ Support internal and external audits with documentation and data
β’ Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls
β’ Track audit findings and corrective actions
Project & Initiative Support
