Minimum Qualifications Of Candidate Bachelor of Science/Arts degree. Minimum 7 years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements relating to Oracle and SQL. Minimum 7 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing. Minimum 7 years of experience producing documentation related to meetings, analyses, or training materials. Minimum 7 years of experience testing custom or off-the-shelf applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards. Minimum 7 years of experience facilitating business and technical analysis meetings. Minimum 2 Years Of Experience Developing Web Applications. Minimum 1 year of experience working with Team Foundations Server (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Governance, Project Management, or Project Management Portfolio. Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects that are high-profile, include multiple technologies and functions, and collaborated with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations. Experience working with software/hardware vendors. Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education or Early Learning is preferred.
