Role description
Job Title: Business Analysis Analyst
Job Location: Remote (Candidate must be in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX area)
Job Duration: 03+ Months (Possibility of extension)
Pay rate: $53 to $56.60/hr. on w2
Job Summary:
β’ Remote candidates must have their own equipment.
β’ Candidates must be in Chicago HQ or Richardson HQ area put city and state on resume.
β’ Individual must demonstrate strong multi-tasking setting priorities based upon minimal direction including:
β’ Strong experience in writing of complex SQL queries to extract and validate the data from the database
β’ Proficient in creating, executing SQL queries in Oracle, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages for reporting purposes
β’ Strong proficiency with tools, language MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS Visio
β’ Understanding of NCQA HEDIS quality measures and code value sets.
β’ Experience in analyzing and data cleansing of raw data with strong working knowledge of programming, work with various applications of ETL, reporting, data mining.
β’ Familiar with HIX (Health Insurance Exchange), EMR (Electronic Medical Record), EHR (Electronic Health Record) types of data collection.
β’ Strong interpersonal skill set including ability to support in partner relationship between health plan & provider/vendor community.
β’ Demonstrate strong initiatives in self-learning with independent trouble shooting, identifying issues and solutioning skills.
β’ Ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goal.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into structured, easy-to-understand reports.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and facilitating meetings.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing project priorities simultaneously.
