Business Analyst Juno Beach, FL Duration: 1 year contract Pay: $25-30/hr The Business Analyst conducts operational and financial analyses to enable informed decision-making within the business unit. This role leverages data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead medium to large special projects, including quantitative and qualitative research, process design, and report development. • Apply standardized methodologies to collect, analyze, and present data to generate actionable business insights. • Work extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to inform business strategies. • Transform qualitative information into defined quantitative data points using all available sources. • Utilize databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling. • Drive initiatives to enhance the customer data environment by improving tools, capabilities, and processes. • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decision-making. • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to track business performance. • Support special projects focused on demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment evaluation. • Provide actionable reports and recommendations to optimize project execution and resource allocation. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • 0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement. • Strong research skills, problem-solving abilities, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting. • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools is highly desirable. ...
