Role description
We are seeking a Product/Business Analyst to support a digital health initiative within a leading life sciences organization. In this role, you will partner closely with the Technical Product Lead to drive product delivery, ensuring alignment between customer experience, engineering, and external development teams.
You will serve as a critical connector across stakeholders, helping translate business needs into actionable requirements while guiding Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities. This is a contract opportunity through the end of the year with the potential for extension.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Join our talented Automation Testing Team. Our project is built on a multi-tier architecture including Service Oriented architecture, web applications using Java and various other COTS products.
Maintain and expand the automated regression suite of test scripts. Our suite is a large-scale Java/Selenium custom framework, utilizing DB2 for our own test data storage, and an associated library of over 2000 scripts.
Utilize Jenkins, TestNG and other technologies and move toward a more integrated CI/CD method of delivery.
Required Experience
Support the Technical Product Lead (Product Manager) in defining, analyzing, and refining product requirements
Act as a liaison between Customer Experience (CX), internal engineering teams, and external development partners
Initiate, coordinate, and oversee SDLC activities from requirements through delivery
Collaborate with the external partner responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure alignment and compliance
Track product progress, manage documentation, and maintain transparency across stakeholders
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Assist in backlog management, user story development, and prioritization in an Agile environment
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively recommend solutions
Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably within life sciences or digital health
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including CX, engineering, and third-party vendors
Experience supporting product managers or technical product leads in a delivery environment
Familiarity with regulated environments and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
Must be US-based and able to work hours aligned with NY and/or San Diego teams
