Carex is partnering with a BioTech industry partner to identify a Business Analyst focused on Coupa to support procurement operations and enhance Source-to-Pay processes through technology and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with business leaders and IT to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure solutions meet expectations through thorough testing and reporting support. Schedule: Onsite in Madison, WI 4 days per week Contract Duration: 1 year Compensation: $50-66/hr + benefits through Carex What You'll Do • Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across procurement and related functions • Partner with IT to configure and enhance Coupa and other supporting tools to meet business needs • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation to ensure solutions align with expectations • Support ongoing optimization of Source-to-Pay processes through system and workflow improvements • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data and reporting needs across teams • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process and performance improvements • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment across business and technical teams • Document processes, system configurations, and testing outcomes for ongoing reference What You'll Bring • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting procurement, finance, or related business functions • Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems, including configuration and support • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting best practices • Proven experience leading UAT efforts and ensuring successful solution delivery • Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and process documentation • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field Carex Consulting Group is an equal opportunity employer.
