Reporting to the PLM Program Manager, the selected candidate will serve as the dedicated liaison between business units, technical teams, and the System Integrator. This role bridges operational gaps by translating complex engineering and manufacturing requirements into optimized PLM workflows and scalable system configurations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to capture, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Map existing business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized To-Be workflows aligned with PLM software capabilities. • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the external Service Integrator to ensure system configuration and technical customizations meet business objectives. • Develop test scenarios, create UAT test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing to validate system functionality before release. • Drive change management activities by building training documentation, user manuals, and supporting end-user adoption across business units.
