

Business Analyst Project Management

• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst) to optimize and document guest communications business rules. This role is critical in enhancing multi-channel guest communication strategies through systematic rule creation, impact mapping, and process innovation across email, SMS, and mobile app touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, data-driven strategist who thrives in cross-functional settings, understands communication flow dependencies, and is passionate about using technology to improve the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and oversee proofs of concept for new communication technologies, processes, and strategies.
• Conduct evaluations of communication pilots and recommend scaling strategies.
• Implement rigorous testing and analysis for validating impact and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for integrating AI and machine learning into guest communication initiatives.
• Monitor initiative performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Detect performance gaps and recommend actionable strategies to address them.
• Champion continuous improvement, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analyses and define corrective action plans.
• Own comprehensive documentation and training for communications rules and systems.
Required Experience & Skills
• 7+ years in program/project management, technology innovation, or communications.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Communications, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in managing communication systems and CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-channel communication strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration (business, product, engineering).
• Fluent in MS Office tools and digital communication technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with platforms like Airship, Sabre, Amadeus, Sprinklr, or 15Below.
• Airline or hospitality industry experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools.
• Executive presence with the ability to lead in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated success in building cross-functional relationships and influencing change.
