Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst who is proficient in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and assisting with the design of business processes and system solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements gathering and documentation, wireframing, quality assurance testing, and application support. The duration of the engagement is about 12 months. This is a remote position; however, they may have to travel on site or to other courts or conferences on occasions. Local candidates to Los Angeles preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and assist with the design of business processes and system solutions. • Ability to generate requirements documentation, including wireframes, business requirements documentation, and workflow diagrams. • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams, vendors, end-users, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Ability to develop test plans, create training documentation, and demonstrate system features. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps for project and task management. • Knowledge of SQL and SQL databases to query and manipulate data, test, and troubleshoot. • Skill in testing and troubleshooting software applications. • Ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly. • Skilled using scripting languages and low-code development platforms to automate work or enhance service.
