Business Analyst

Duration: 2+ Months Location: MN-Maplewood, 100% Remote Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Business Transformation practice. Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to SKU creation processes • Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams • Support testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect management • Use Jira and qTest to manage user stories, test cases, and defects • Assist with configuration, updates, and enhancements to the Power Platform application • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, provide updates, clarifications, and documentation • Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across SKU lifecycle activities Qualifications • Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment (5-8 years) • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills • Hands‑on experience with testing cycles and defect tracking • Proficiency with Jira and qTest • Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex project environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Background in manufacturing or product lifecycle processes The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
