Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Digital Products (Agile) Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Preferred) | Remote Considered We are seeking a Business Analyst to support high-impact digital initiatives focused on customer growth and experience. This role partners with product, technology, and business teams to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable delivery. Key Responsibilities • Translate meetings into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Manage JIRA backlogs and maintain documentation in Confluence • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming • Build dashboards and analyze digital performance (Tableau or similar) • Convert notes into actionable stories and track delivery progress • Measure success using CSAT, MSAT, and adoption metrics • Develop leadership-ready presentations and insights Requirements • 2-4+ years of Business Analyst experience in digital or regulated environments • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau • Ability to independently create high-quality user stories • Experience supporting customer-facing digital products and measuring outcomes Preferred • Digital banking or marketing analytics experience • Mobile product experience • Exposure to customer acquisition, engagement, or retention initiatives Strong communication, organization, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments required.
