Role description
Position Title: VHE VP Business Office Analyst Location: Hybrid (Southfield, MI) – 4 days/week: Monday through Thursday Position Overview: Be part of a major organizational transformation in this high-impact role as the VHE VP Business Office Analyst. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership to turn innovative ideas into action while ensuring smooth business operations. This position offers exposure to strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level decision-makingβ€”an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in program management, data analysis, and business operations. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Support executive operations and business reviews β€’ Track and maintain key organizational metrics and KPIs β€’ Coordinate business processes and manage information-sharing tools β€’ Maintain rosters of technical specialists β€’ Deliver key business outputs and provide backup support as needed β€’ Contribute to creative problem-solving and whitespace thinking β€’ Build and manage dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement β€’ Lead internal control testing to support compliance and risk management Required Skills: β€’ Strong business analysis capabilities β€’ Experience aggregating and maintaining organizational metrics β€’ Ability to think creatively and strategically about complex challenges β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI Preferred Skills: β€’ Program management experience β€’ Familiarity with internal control testing and compliance β€’ Experience managing technical specialist rosters β€’ Ability to translate research insights into business strategy and product/service design Required Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree β€’ 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in areas such as: β€’ Corporate strategy β€’ Product management β€’ Marketing β€’ Product development β€’ Business intelligence and analytics Preferred Experience: β€’ 1+ years of experience at an OEM β€’ Proven ability to manage complex workloads and deliver results Education: β€’ Required: Bachelor’s Degree
