Business Analyst β ETS Delivery
Location: Cannon Street, London
Contract: 6 Months
Hours: Full Time
About the Role
Weβre looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Fidelity Internationalβs Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Delivery team in London. Youβll play a key role in supporting strategic projects β including the Data Hierarchies and Guarded AI Ecosystem initiatives β helping bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at the heart of a global financial services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Conduct detailed business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
β’ Partner with developers, architects, and engineers to design and deliver scalable, effective technology solutions.
β’ Collaborate with global teams and operational stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
β’ Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
β’ Support operating model changes and process improvements within ETS.
β’ Stay current on regulatory developments, industry trends, and data management best practices.
About You
β’ Experienced Business Analyst with a background in Asset Management or Financial Services.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
β’ Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience using JIRA essential.
β’ Understanding of Data Management principles and business process design.
Desirable Skills
β’ Familiarity with CFO and CPO business areas.
β’ Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
β’ Experience with Confluence tooling.
