Nature and Scope of Job
Business Analyst to support the Veeva RIMS Submissions and Registrations workstream, with a strong emphasis on Active Dossier management. This role will focus on business process understanding, requirements definition, UAT, and communication/training support across global teams.
Primary Responsibilities
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Veeva RIMS Submissions and Registrations initiatives. Support the Active Dossier workstream, ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and smooth integration within Veeva RIMS. Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements to support new capabilities and enhancements. Develop and execute UAT test scripts, track issues, and support resolution to ensure solution quality. Contribute to training materials, end-user communications, and stakeholder engagement during deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline regulatory processes and improve data consistency across systems.
Additional Responsibilities
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva RIMS, specifically in Submissions and Registrations. Active Dossier experience or deep understanding of dossier management processes is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge business and IT teams effectively. Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new systems and processes in a regulated environment.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 50.00 – 65.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
