📊 Contract Business Analyst | Private Equity | Data | AI & SaaS | Outside IR35 📊 Role: Business Analyst (Contract) Rate: up to £590 p/d (Outside IR35) Duration: 12-month contract (likely to extend) Location: Central London – 3 days p/w in office We’re partnered with a leading global investment firm operating across private equity and credit markets, who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their central change team. This is a hands-on role sitting within a lean, fast-moving environment where you’ll support the delivery of multiple SaaS and internally built technology initiatives. The team operates in a small, high-ownership structure, so they need someone comfortable working with ambiguity and getting close to delivery. There is also a strong focus on data, AI and automation, with growing adoption of AI tools and data-driven platforms across the firm 🤖 What you’ll be doing • Working across multiple workstreams to define and document business and functional requirements • Supporting SaaS implementations and internal platform rollouts across private equity and credit • Working closely with engineering teams on data flows, integrations and APIs • Supporting UAT, testing and release readiness activities • Operating in a small, agile-style central change team with high visibility to senior stakeholders • Identifying and supporting opportunities to apply AI and automation across workflows and delivery processes They’re looking for • Business Analyst experience within private equity, private markets or wider financial services • Strong exposure to data-led projects (data platforms, reporting, migration, or integration work) • Experience working in small teams or early-stage / high-ambiguity environments • Track record supporting SaaS implementations or platform delivery programmes • Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations and data flows • Some exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and interest in practical application within delivery This is a highly visible role in a globally recognised investment firm, offering exposure to a wide range of transformation initiatives and the chance to shape how AI and data are used across the business.
