We are supporting a household‑name organisation embarking on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for a BA who excels in complex environments and brings both commercial awareness and strong stakeholder gravitas.
About the role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work across multiple workstreams within a high‑profile transformation initiative. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements, analyse processes, and support delivery across infrastructure and cyber‑focused projects.
This contract offers the chance to work on impactful, enterprise‑wide change that will shape the organisation’s future technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
• Analyse current and future‑state processes to support programme objectives.
• Produce documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Work closely with technical, cyber, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Support identity and security initiatives, such as One Login migration to Entra ID and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) projects.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing clarity and challenge when needed.
• Ensure alignment across workstreams within a large, complex transformation programme.
Skills & Experience required
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within large‑scale transformation environments.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business value and operational impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to influence senior leaders.
• Background in infrastructure or cyber security projects.
