Business Analyst (OPT – Remote, USA) 📍 Location:Remote (United States) 🕒 Job Type:Full-Time / Contract (OPT Candidates Welcome) 🧾 Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for OPT candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs • Create BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD, and user stories • Translate business requirements into functional specifications • Support Agile/Scrum teams during sprint cycles • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights • Collaborate with QA and development teams for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery 🛠️ Required Skills: • Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts • Knowledge of: • SDLC / Agile methodologies • Requirement gathering techniques • Basic experience with: • SQL (for data analysis) • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets • Familiarity with tools like: • JIRA / Confluence • Microsoft Visio / Lucidchart • Strong communication and documentation skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 🎓 Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in: • Business Administration • Information Systems • Computer Science or related field • Open to OPT / CPT candidates in the U.S. • 0–2 years of experience (freshers with internships/projects welcome) ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: • Internship/project experience as a Business Analyst • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Exposure to domains like Finance, Healthcare, or IT • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations • 🎁 Benefits:
