Job Title : Business Analyst (S2P Transformation) Location: United States Work Arrangement: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Domain: Retail Pay Rate: $45/hr on w2 Application Deadline: 1st Aug, 2026 POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced S2P (Source-to-Pay) Business Analyst to support a Source-to-Pay transformation program. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, with a strong focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience with S2P, procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems. SKILLS REQUIRED: • 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes • Experience with Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms • Strong Agile/Scrum experience • Hands-on experience participating in Scrum ceremonies • Strong knowledge of user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and use cases • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Process mapping and workflow documentation • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for S2P processes. • Develop user stories, epics, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria for product and development teams. • Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements. • Conduct UAT and validate that delivered solutions align with documented requirements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools. • Identify and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. • Support prioritization and delivery of high-value S2P capabilities. • Perform other duties as assigned.
