Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst and lead innovative automation projects that enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Analyze and evaluate current operational workflows to identify automation opportunities. • Develop and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools. • Enhance reporting processes, including revenue tracking and analysis. • Automate manual workflows and create standardized templates and documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute high-impact automation projects. • Document all workflows and provide transition materials upon project completion. Skills • Over 3 years of experience in building workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools. • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and macros. • Strong understanding of SharePoint and Outlook workflows. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in ambiguous situations. Preferred Skills • Experience in advertising, media, or retail operations. • Familiarity with digital media reporting and campaign workflows. • Basic understanding of APIs and workflow integrations. • Experience with Salesforce data exports and reporting processes.
