Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: • Review historical and current business data. • Analyze customer complaints and escalations. • Identify trends, patterns, and business insights. • Perform risk assessments. • Flag concerns and potential issues. • Conduct research on customer journeys and historical cases. • Recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare reports and communicate findings. • Monitor escalation processes. • Build institutional knowledge of Product Safety operations. • Support future dashboard development. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Must Have: Strong Business Analysis experience. • Data analysis and trend identification. • Excellent Excel skills. • Process improvement. • Attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Risk assessment. • Stakeholder management. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Reporting experience. • Storytelling with data. • Collaboration skills. • Positive attitude. • Initiative and willingness to learn. • Korean (Reading and Speaking preferred). • Regulatory familiarity. • Consumer electronics or home appliance experience. • Power BI. • SQL. • Tableau. • Microsoft Excel (Primary tool) • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP • Power Query • Power BI (Nice to Have) • SQL (Nice to Have) • Tableau (Nice to Have) • Other Business Intelligence tools Our client is a leading consumer electronics Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
