Role description
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Our client has TWO OPENINGS. Please see the description below: • 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least: o 5+ years in Program Management or enterprise-level project leadership o 3+ years in HR technology, Workday, or skills infrastructure transformation • Experience / understanding with Workday, especially the Skills Cloud platform. • Experience managing multi-stream programs with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility. • Proven experience in Program Management within HR technology or enterprise transformation. • Strong understanding of Workday, especially Skills Cloud and employment lifecycle systems. • Expertise in strategic planning, spend modeling, and executive-level reporting. • Ability to synthesize technical and business inputs into a compelling program narrative. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Familiarity with mentoring, gig work, and re-employment platforms. • Background in data-driven HR transformation initiatives. JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to assist in leading the enterprise-wide transformation initiative focused on decommissioning the FUEL 50 platform and migrating skills infrastructure to Workday and other talent systems. This role is embedded HR office organization and will drive strategic alignment, data integration, and spend optimization across multiple workstreams. The Program Manager will serve as a central orchestrator of the program and projects’ success. • Lead cross-functional coordination across five workstreams, including skills migration, mentoring/gig platforms, and employment lifecycle transitions. • Ensure program milestones are met through structured planning, governance, and risk management. • Craft and communicate the overarching program story, including incremental spend, ROI, and talent acquisition impact. • Consolidate financial and operational data into a unified view for executive reporting and decision-making. • Oversee the integration of skills infrastructure into Workday’s Skills Cloud and other platforms. • Partner with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, system compatibility, and seamless transitions. • Liaise with business architects, digital strategists, and leadership to ensure strategic alignment. • Facilitate stakeholder buy-in and maintain transparency across program phases. • Support the creation of flow documentation, functional requirements, and spend narratives tailored to both technical and business audiences.
