Description
We are seeking an Experienced Business Analyst / Change Manager with deep Securities Lending experience to support a large-scale, multi-year platform migration initiative within Capital Markets. This individual will play a key role in driving business analysis, stakeholder coordination, process re-engineering, and change management activities as the organization transitions from a legacy securities lending platform to a new strategic solution.
The ideal candidate brings strong end-to-end Business Analysis capabilities combined with hands-on exposure to securities lending platforms, workflows, and migration initiatives. This is a highly visible initiative involving extensive interaction with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Vendors, and experienced business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis and change management activities for a securities lending platform migration
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes
• Perform process mapping and process re-engineering across impacted stakeholder groups
• Produce high-quality business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and gap analyses
• Coordinate requirements sign-offs and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner closely with vendors and internal technology teams during solution design and implementation phases
• Support integration analysis across upstream and downstream systems
• Identify business risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential operational impacts
• Challenge requirements where appropriate and proactively identify blind spots or missed considerations
• Support testing activities, including requirements traceability and validation of test coverage
• Assist with training coordination, operational readiness, SOP documentation, and go-live preparation
• Drive change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Capital Markets stakeholders
