Business Analyst

Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, supporting digital transformation efforts, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Map business processes and identify areas for automation, optimization, or improvement. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Support the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules to align with organizational processes. • Work with technical teams on building custom Power Apps, workflows in Power Automate, and reports in Power BI. • Lead or assist in data migration efforts from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including mapping, validation, and quality assurance. • Perform gap analysis between current and future-state solutions. • Support testing efforts, including developing test cases and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform. • Strong understanding of data migration processes, tools, and best practices. • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management platforms. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with compliance standards such as CJIS, HIPAA, or GDPR. • Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, and common integration patterns. • Experience with change management, training, and user adoption strategies. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, MB-210) are a plus.
