We're looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital transformation programme. This is a remote opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and help shape the future of customer experience, data integration, and identity management. ?? Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
β’ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
β’ Support the design and implementation of enhanced Azure B2C user journeys
β’ Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless API-first integrations
β’ Analyse data flows across Microsoft Customer Insights and Optimizely CDP
β’ Ensure alignment with GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance standards
β’ Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and process optimisation ?? What You'll Bring
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or data-driven environments
β’ Strong understanding of identity platforms (Azure B2C), CDPs, and analytics tools
β’ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID)
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
β’ Experience working in agile delivery team.
