Business Analyst - SQL, HR Analytics

Note: This position is based in Austin, TX/San Jose, CA Job Description • The candidate must have HR Domain / Process experience ( but it's not mandatory that they must be experts in any tool ) . Knowledge on how Data flows between systems, how data tables are related etc is mandatory. Data Migration experience is not mandatory. • The candidate must be able to write basic SQL and do joins with ease. • The candidate must have experience working with AI Agents or should have exposure training Agents, writing test cases or some kind of work in AI/ML space.
