Business/Systems Analyst III
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid) 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Duration: Contract (05/11/2026 – 12/31/2026)
Overview
Brooksource is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst III to support Charter Communications within the Billing Strategy & Design organization. This team leads project discovery, authors and maintains business requirements documents (BRDs), coordinates stakeholder reviews, and documents internal systems and processes across JIRA, BDSI intake, and AI‑related requests.
In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary liaison between business users and engineering/development teams. You will help translate business needs into formal technical requirements, track system issues, and support critical initiatives from discovery through implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to join an effective, innovative team delivering high‑visibility projects for Spectrum.
Responsibilities
• Create, revise, and maintain BRDs and related requirement deliverables.
• Document system issues, decisions, meeting minutes, and follow‑up actions.
• Support reporting needs and ensure documentation accuracy across systems and processes.
• Lead and prepare for discovery meetings, ad‑hoc sessions, and stakeholder calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering teams.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business needs to translate into technical requirements.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate BPMO calls, and support HR‑related tasks.
• Manage communication across teams via email, IM, and project tools.
• Track and report system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Strong proficiency with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Ownership.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and other requirements‑tracking tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
