Role description
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for application onboarding and automated provisioning through the SailPoint IIQ platform. This role requires excellent business analysis, stakeholder management, and IAM domain knowledge.
Required Skills
• 3–5+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience with entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis (As-Is/To-Be), and documentation.
• Experience with UAT, defect analysis, and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Power BI.
• Azure DevOps.
• ServiceNow.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or CBAP.
• Experience with public sector compliance frameworks or Florida PALM.
• Knowledge of change and release management.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead application onboarding for SailPoint IIQ integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and manage expectations.
• Define provisioning policies and attribute mappings.
• Support compliance, audit documentation, and access certification requirements.
• Coordinate UAT and validate business requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and identify risks during implementation.
• Maintain and prioritize the project backlog.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
