We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst / Process Analyst to partner with business and technology teams in driving process improvements and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. This role blends business analysis, process optimization, and Salesforce expertise to ensure that our systems and workflows align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across multiple business units.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation using Salesforce and other tools.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design, test, and deploy enhancements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Lead workshops, process-mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and future-state requirements.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and training guides.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
• Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across the business.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role, with at least 2 years in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other modules).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred; process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
